Thanks for shopping at seafoodmart. All sales are considered as Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange/return. If you are not satisfied with the goods delivered, you may reject the goods at the time of delivery.
After delivery, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
There must be a genuine reason for the eligible return, i.e. product expiry, not suitable for human consumption, etc. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase not more than 30 days.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
Due to the frozen nature of most of our products, we use our own fleet of cold trucks to deliver to the customers. We will apply a return shipping fee of RM20 to RM35 to bring back your returned goods. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
