Deep Fried Chicken Fish 酥炸鸡肉鱼

Ingredients 材料 :

  • 6 to 8 pieces of Leather Jacket Fish (cleaned & gutted) / 6-8 条鸡肉鱼 (已清理内脏)
  • All Purpose Flour / 面粉 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste/ 盐和胡椒 调味用
  • Cooking Oil  / 油

Instruction 做法 :

  1. Marinate the chicken fish with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare a bowl with flour and toss the fishes in flour. Make sure the fish is covered entirely. Shake off excess flour.
  3. Heat oil over high heat. Then, gently place coated fish in the wok and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Drain the deep fry fish with a paper hand towel to absorb the excess oil. Serve hot.
  1. 将鸡肉鱼用盐和胡椒腌制片刻。
  2. 准备一个碗,倒入面粉。将腌制好的鱼均匀裹上面粉,再将多余的面粉拍走。
  3. 高温热油,放入鱼片。每面油炸3-4分钟,炸至金黄。
  4. 用厨房纸巾吸干多余的油份,即可上桌。
